The Distribution Center in Windsor, CT is designed and built with new technology that enables people with disabilities to work. The distribution center provides a number of accommodations for people with disabilities, such as ergonomically-designed workstations, simplified computer screens, and on-staff job coaches. In addition, a pre-employment training program will be available for those individuals who will require additional social or work skills in order to succeed in a job at the new facility.

They are seeking caring and empathic consumers who are willing to share their personal experience in treatment and recovery to help others on the journey to wellness. Apply as soon as possible!

Recovery Coaches are motivated, capable and responsible - they are integrated members of the treatment teams and have the maturity and organization to handle individual client and group interactions, as well as the ability to work with the treatment team in a way that supports the clients, the clinical team, and their own voice. Applicants must be in stable recovery - no relapse or hospitalizations for a least one year.
